Quick and Easy Returns
Howe wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.
General Return Policy
The merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All credits on returns will be made directly to the credit card used in making the purchase once the order is received in our warehouse.
The original Online Purchase Receipt must accompany all returns.
The merchandise must be returned in original condition for resale with all tags in place, unless it's defective.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is deemed defective or the wrong merchandise was sent.
Use the lower portion of the form as a shipping label on the box you are returning. Fill out a Return Form with all appropriate information. Place this in the box you are returning.

Your credit card will be credited once the returned item is received back into our distribution center.
